I ordered two golden charms along with this which is making the bag look so presentable. Totally loved it. In the pictures I have attached the golden charms to the bag.
The bags shape is nice.colored textured cloth on it is nice.strap length is fine.but some areas need to improve esp bags leatherite and add extra flap to the main zipper so that bags mouth can open wider.all in all a good buy esp Indian product

Handbag is awesome. Even zouk employees are helpful. Although there was a minor alterations needed which any company can denied to change. But employees do care about your concerns and do take of look and customer feel for the product. Thank you zouk team for lovely handbag. My mom really liked it. One thing to highlight product don't give that fixing lotions smell usually we get from bags. That's what I liked.
Everytime I pick up the bag to go out, I kind of give a black kajal dot to the bag, so it doesn't get evil eye.
