ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your continued use of our platform and participation in the “Grand Vegan Salebration”  constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any supplementary terms we may provide from time to time (collectively referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms are legally binding upon you.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms related to the use of our platform or participation in a contest, the additional terms shall take precedence.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive communications from us, our partners, licensors, or associates for various purposes through the following methods:

  • Announcements;
  • Administrative or direct messages;
  • Advertisements;
  • Notifications sent directly to your account; and
  • Any other communication method we deem appropriate.

You further agree to add us as a safe sender on all platforms, including email, Whatsapp messages and SMS, to ensure communications are not routed to spam or junk folders.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

To register, you must complete all mandatory fields in the registration form available at https://zouk.co.in/pages/giveaway-alert?ref=tandc for orders placed on platforms other than zouk.co.in. For orders placed on zouk.co.in, providing an accurate email ID and mobile number at checkout is mandatory.

During registration or at any time while utilizing our services, you may be required to submit the following information and/or documents:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Mobile number;
  • Full address, including state of residence;
  • Source of order;
  • Order ID;
  • Proof of purchase;
  • Gender;
  • Date of birth.

We reserve the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by law. Participation is valid only for orders placed through the approved channels, which may be updated by the company at its sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To participate in any paid contest, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Placing an order through or via the permitted channels and completing registration by providing accurate details in the specified form is mandatory. The order should be placed between 23rd November to 3rd December
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in India.
  • Possess a valid Indian mobile number.
  • Place an order through one of the following approved channels:
  1. Zouk Website & App.
  2. Zouk Stores & Zouk at Shoppers Stops and Brand's Unlimited.
  3. Amazon.in (website and app).
  4. Flipkart (website and app).
  5. Myntra (website and app).
  6. Blinkit (website and app).
  7. Swiggy Instamart (website and app),
  8. Nykaa (website and app)
  9. Zepto (website and app).

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible orders placed on zouk.co.in and eligible registered users. Winners will be announced after the conclusion of the "Grand Vegan Salebration."

Conditions for Prize Eligibility:

Order cancellations are not permitted for prize eligibility.

Winners cannot select the gifts, their color, or specifications.

Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For electronic gifts, warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility and subject to the terms of the respective brand. Non-electronic gifts are also governed by the warranty terms of partner brands. Zouk shall not be responsible for any efficiency or performance or usability issues of the prizes distributed.

Winners will have to mandated to submit their PAN card and Aadhaar card details for KYC verification. Gifts shall not be sent to the winners without these details.

Important Note: No representative of Zouk (Sea Turtle Pvt. Ltd.) will request any payment for winning or receiving a prize.

ASSURED REWARDS

Assured reward coupons will be sent via registered email or WhatsApp after December 5, 2024. Eligibility requires completing registration at https://zouk.co.in/pages/giveaway-alert?ref=tandc for orders placed through platforms other than zouk.co.in. Orders placed on zouk.co.in must include an accurate email ID and mobile number.

Conditions for Coupons:

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or discounts.
  • Coupons are valid only until their expiration date and cannot be redeemed post-expiry.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • All offers are subject to the respective brand’s terms and conditions, which may be modified at the brand's discretion.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All disputes arising in connection with our services, including contests ("Disputes"), shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Interim relief, if any, will be subject to arbitration as per applicable laws.
