What is the warranty period?

This warranty applies for a period of 3 years, starting from the date of purchase. 

This warranty includes coverage for any defects in the trolley, wheels, lock, and handles. Additionally, for hardside luggage, it also covers damage to the outer shell, including breakage.

Zouk Trolley Bags undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet high standards. Our Hard Case Trolley Bags are tested for:

  • Jerk test - 3,000 times.
  • Wheel test - 24 km.
  • Double drop test - 35 inches.
  • Drop test on surface - 20 kg.
  • Zipper test - 16,000 times.
  • Lock test - Push and release 15,000 cycles.

What is covered under this warranty -

Suppose a problem occurs with your Zouk Trolley Bag due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. In that case, Zouk will, at its discretion either repair or replace the product according to the warranty terms. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

This warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card is subject to Indian laws having Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

Do it yourself (DIY) Fix -

For parts that can be replaced at home, we will send you the necessary components along with instructions for the replacement process. You will only need a screwdriver to replace the parts yourself easily.

Product locks are designed to prevent accidental opening and may not prevent theft, breakage, or unauthorized entry by airline or airport personnel or authorities. If damaged in transit, file a claim with the transit company at the place of arrival before clearing customs, if possible.

The customer is responsible for delivering the defective item to the company's service center at their own expense.

In the interest of product upgradation, the company is free to change its product specification without notice.
