We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. For this, we offer an Easy Exchange and Return on all our Footwear products. We do not offer exchange or refund on our Bags and Wallets.

Exchanges are not possible on wallets purchased during the SALE.

Exchanges on Zouk footwear are currently accepted only in the following cases:

  1. In case you wish to exchange the size. 
  2. You have received a defective or damaged product
  3. Wrong product was delivered to you.

Terms & Conditions:

  • If you wish to exchange or return any footwear, you need to raise the concern within 48 hours from the delivery date. Click here to raise the exchange or return request. 
  • For exchange or return, the footwear purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 
  • The product should be in their original packaging accompanied by a tag and proof of purchase.
  • The footwear will be checked by the quality assurance partner during the pickup of the product. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  • In case of return, the refund will be processed as a Zouk Gift Card which you can use in the future only on our website. Please note, that we do not provide any monetary refunds.
  • For products purchased from third-party sources such as offline stores, Shoppers Stop, EBOs, and online marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Amazon), exchanges and returns must be coordinated directly with the respective purchase point. 

How to process an exchange or return - 

  • Click here to raise an exchange or return request.
  • Once an exchange or return request is raised, our team will approve the request within 24 hours. 
  • Once a request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged. Our quality assurance partner will come for the pickup. The quality assurance partner will check the footwear during the pickup of the product. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  • In the case of Exchange, once the reverse product gets delivered to our warehouse, an exchange order will be created. 
  • In the case of Returns, once the reverse product gets delivered to our warehouse a refund will be issued as a gift card. 
  • The exchange or return process takes approximately 10 - 15 working days. 

How to use a Zouk Gift Card: 

  • Zouk gift card can be applied on our website on your cart.
  • Click on 'HAVE A GIFT CARD?' section below on your Cart Page to go further to the Checkout page.
  • Apply the coupon code received on your registered email at the checkout page.
  • The gift card will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
