Refund and Exchange Policy (if applicable)

We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. For this, we offer an Easy Exchange on all our Footwear and Wallet products. We do not offer exchange or refund on our Bags. 

Exchanges are not possible on wallets purchased during the SALE.

More information regarding our products and online experience are as follows:

  • All our products are handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and utility
  • We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and often with some common objects kept inside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product
  • We also give you a magnified view of the fabric and vegan leather to ensure you get a good feel of the final product
  • Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners

All this is done to empower you to take the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

In cases of our product having a defect, kindly send us images of the defect to online@zouk.co.in within 2 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a replacement. Note that we do not offer a return in this case. Do mention your order number in this email.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable)

These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days. 

  • If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
