Answer - Store your products in such a position that it doesn’t flatten. For example, if you plan to start using your new bags in a few days, retain the paper fillings received at the time of delivery. This helps retain the original shape of your bags. Similarly, do not put any heavy object on top of your empty Zouk wallets and accessories.

We recommend keeping the Zouk footwear, when not in use, in the box in which you receive it. Air-dry them frequently. Use a soft-bristled shoe brush to get rid of the loose dirt on the outsole and insole of the footwear.

This is my first time buying from Zouk. I was looking forward to a good quality- spacious bag. I came exactly like that. There is plenty of space for a triple decker lunch box for your office, laptop, water bottle, umbrella and more other stuff. The quality screams expensive. I would request the brand to reduce the price a little bit to make it a little more affordable for all.
