Answer - Store your products in such a position that it doesn’t flatten. For example, if you plan to start using your new bags in a few days, retain the paper fillings received at the time of delivery. This helps retain the original shape of your bags. Similarly, do not put any heavy object on top of your empty Zouk wallets and accessories.

Answer - Always keep your Zouk bags and wallets on a shelf. Avoid keeping the bags hung for a long time, since this can cause wear and tear to the handles. Similarly, avoid keeping any pointed objects on the wallet. Also, avoid overstuffing the wallet, since this might cause damage to the zippers.
We recommend keeping the Zouk footwear, when not in use, in the box in which you receive it. Air-dry them frequently. Use a soft-bristled shoe brush to get rid of the loose dirt on the outsole and insole of the footwear.

This was my first zouk ourchase ever!! I'd say this is the best sling bag on the market. I've always looked for a sling bag that could fit more than just my wallet and lipstick and zouk did it. Most bags out there are mostly looks but no space, but not zouk, zouk provides a wide range of authentic designs, fine craftsmanship and incredibly spacious bags (+ sustainably made and vegan!). So I'd say do not think twice and make the purchase , it's definitely worth it!! 🤍🤍

Got 2 bags from this zouk’s bogo sale. One is multicolour mandala wallet and another one is this flomotifs ooo sling bag, so the quality is 10 on 10 the designs are also really good and zouk is really true to their pictures, I got exactly what I saw in the picture, secondly it is really really durable I bought one multicolour mandala laptop bag last 3yrs ago and it is still the same even after so long use, really impressed about the quality zouk provides, my mom also loved them and booked 2 of these sling bag from here already.
