The inner main section contains 4 card slots, 1 slip pocket for keeping bills and invoices. It also has a zipper pocket partition to keep paper or cash and a buttoned pocket to keep coins.
The backside has a zip pocket for quick access to items. The wallet can easily be carried in your hand.

In order to avail an exchange, drop an email to online@zouk.co.in stating the reason for exchange, along with the replacement product you need. Our team will arrange the exchange pickup and replacement shipment.
Exchanges are not possible on wallets purchased during the SALE.
An exchange will be offered only within 48 hours from the date of shipment delivery.
The replacement product will be dispatched from our side, after we receive the original product in packed condition. If we detect any misuse or usage of the original product, the exchange will be denied.

Answer - For the vegan leather, wipe the stain off by using a cotton pad soaked in any oil (for instance use coconut oil. For the fabric portion, wipe it with a dry cloth.

Answer - Store your products in such a position that it doesn’t flatten. For example, if you plan to start using your new bags in a few days, retain the paper fillings received at the time of delivery. This helps retain the original shape of your bags. Similarly, do not put any heavy object on top of your empty Zouk wallets and accessories.

Question - How to increase the life of your Zouk products?
Answer - Always keep your Zouk bags and wallets on a shelf. Avoid keeping the bags hung for a long time, since this can cause wear and tear to the handles. Similarly, avoid keeping any pointed objects on the wallet. Also, avoid overstuffing the wallet, since this might cause damage to the zippers.
We recommend keeping the Zouk footwear, when not in use, in the box in which you receive it. Air-dry them frequently. Use a soft-bristled shoe brush to get rid of the loose dirt on the outsole and insole of the footwear.

Purchased it as a set for mummy she is super happy and after seeing the quality, I am tempting to buy one for myself.
Bought Mandala office bag and mandala chain zipper wallet to make a set. Believe me, Awesomely good looking bag and wallet, smart/classy and carry a lot of space. However, only thing I would highlight is that zipper is missing at the back and/or inside the bag which seems incomplete. I purchased another bag 2 days ago which has a zipper outside but its not as beautiful as this office bag.
I wish you add it, I'll buy floor motif or abstract one this time. Cheers!!! :)
