In order to avail for an exchange or return, visit our Order Exchange & Return page. If you wish to exchange or return any footwear, you need to raise the concern within 48 hours from the delivery date. Click here to raise the request.
- For exchange or return, the footwear purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by a Tag and proof of purchase.
- The footwear will be checked by the quality assurance partner during the pickup of the product. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted for Return or Exchange.
- In case of return, the refund will be processed as a Zouk Gift Card which you can use in the future only on our website. Please note, that we do not provide any monetary refunds.
In case you need any further assistance, drop us an email at online@zouk.co.in stating the reason for the exchange, along with the replacement product you need. Our team will arrange the exchange pickup and replacement shipment.
The replacement product will be dispatched from our side after we receive the original product in proper condition. If we detect any misuse or usage of the original product, the exchange will be denied.
