In order to avail for an exchange or return, visit our Order Exchange & Return page. If you wish to exchange or return any footwear, you need to raise the concern within 48 hours from the delivery date. Click here to raise the request. 

• For exchange or return, the footwear purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 
• The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by a Tag and proof of purchase.
• The footwear will be checked by the quality assurance partner during the pickup of the product. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted for Return or Exchange.
• In case of return, the refund will be processed as a Zouk Gift Card which you can use in the future only on our website. Please note, that we do not provide any monetary refunds.

 In case you need any further assistance, drop us an email at online@zouk.co.in stating the reason for the exchange, along with the replacement product you need. Our team will arrange the exchange pickup and replacement shipment.

The replacement product will be dispatched from our side after we receive the original product in proper condition. If we detect any misuse or usage of the original product, the exchange will be denied.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

VEGAN LEATHER: Keep your bag’s vegan leather looking flawless. Simply wipe stains with a wet cotton pad and let it air dry. For tougher stains, dip the cotton pad in acetone/nail polish remover/coconut oil and gently wipe. Finish by air drying for best results. Watch this quick guide for more details.

FABRIC: Grab a cotton pad and dip it in soap and water mixture. Then gently wipe the stain and let it air dry. Watch this quick guide for more details.

INNER LINING: For accidental spills inside your bag, blot with a paper towel or tissue. For tougher stains, spray a soap and water mixture, gently rub with a cotton pad and let the interior air dry completely before use or storage. Watch this quick guide for more details.

GOOD PRACTICE

• Retain the paper fillings that come with the product, as they help retain the original shape of the product when not in use. 
• Avoid overstuffing your wallet when in use or placing heavy objects on top of it when not in use. 
• Keep them away from sharp objects to prevent scratches.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed from our Mumbai hub. 
• The standard delivery time is between 6–10 business days from the date of placing the order. Please note that sometimes local restrictions may cause slight delays.
• Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation on your email address or registered phone number.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• All of our products are handcrafted by our artisans and made with utmost care. We therefore only support limited returns or cancellation requests.
