Inside the closure, the wallet contains 3 card slots on one side and a buttoned pocket for coins on the other. There is an inner chain to keep paper and cash. The wallet can hold a keychain of 1-2 keys and can be easily carried in your hand, given its compact size.

In order to avail an exchange, drop an email to online@zouk.co.in stating the reason for exchange, along with the replacement product you need. Our team will arrange the exchange pickup and replacement shipment.
An exchange will be offered only within 48 hours from the date of shipment delivery.
The replacement product will be dispatched from our side, after we receive the original product in packed condition. If we detect any misuse or usage of the original product, the exchange will be denied.

Answer - For the vegan leather, wipe the stain off by using a cotton pad soaked in any oil (for instance use coconut oil. For the fabric portion, wipe it with a dry cloth.

Answer - Store your products in such a position that it doesn’t flatten. For example, if you plan to start using your new bags in a few days, retain the paper fillings received at the time of delivery. This helps retain the original shape of your bags. Similarly, do not put any heavy object on top of your empty Zouk wallets and accessories.

Question - How to increase the life of your Zouk products?
Answer - Always keep your Zouk bags and wallets on a shelf. Avoid keeping the bags hung for a long time, since this can cause wear and tear to the handles. Similarly, avoid keeping any pointed objects on the wallet. Also, avoid overstuffing the wallet, since this might cause damage to the zippers.
We recommend keeping the Zouk footwear, when not in use, in the box in which you receive it. Air-dry them frequently. Use a soft-bristled shoe brush to get rid of the loose dirt on the outsole and insole of the footwear.
